"DAY OF" DESIGN SETUP/COORDINATION

This package is for our clients who want to plan their entire event, but still want it mixed with some professional consulting. This service allows our clients to leave the day of design activities to professionals like us. The package includes an initial meeting at the time of documents signing (at least a couple of weeks before the event) to address general event questions, get the client’s vision and recommendvendors. On the day of the event, we would oversee all event details from set up to clean up. Clients are free to contact us for questions during the planning process at no additional charge. We charge a flat rate for this package.
